I pre ordered on August 31st but only received the season pass. im missing the 85+ OVR international icon pack and my fc points. Please i have been reaching out to ea help for my items but yall keep pushing back even though from the very beginning i have been told that i was entitled to those rewards. I dont know how many more times ill have to reach out to get this resolved. $100 spent FOR NOTHING.

Just to clarify, the 6,000 FC Points included with the Ultimate Edition are delivered in three equal monthly drops of 2,000 FC Points. If you received the first 2,000 FC Points in September, the second 2,000 should be delivered by October 15, with the final 2,000 following next month.
I’m sorry you’ve already had to contact EA Help multiple times about the 85+ OVR International ICON Pack. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to account or entitlement details here on the forums. You may still need to contact an Advisor again through EA Help. Thanks.
