Missing ultimate edition Ea fc Points
Hi, I purchased the EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Edition on October 23rd, but I have only received 2,000 FC Points so far.
From what I have read, I should have received 4,000 FC Points initially, with another 2,000 FC Points being granted at a later date.
Could someone please clarify whether this is correct and explain why I have only received 2,000 FC Points so far?

Hey fifadrenge1,
If you look at our game disclaimers page:
FC Points will be distributed in 3 equal increments. The initial distribution will be granted with your initial login into the Ultimate Team in the Product. The second and third distributions will be granted by the 15th day of the following two months, respectively.
As such, it looks like it's working as intended so far.
