My player is completely missing…

I was on the companion app listing a few players. When I went to list Patri Guijarro, the app then randomly came up with a notification forcing me to reload it. I then log back in and they have since disappeared.

I checked my transfer list, my squad, sbc storage, quick sell recovery etc. The player is completely missing and its frustrating as you spend time and money on this game for it to all go down the drain anyways. They are also 250k, so not a cheap player either.

I then messaged EA support because that’s all I see from player missing threads with no real explanation from EA. The EA support is completely useless, they essentially said this does not usually happen so we’ll investigate but we can’t guarantee you’ll get the player item again and it’s not in his power. It’s an absolute disgrace that these bugs from EA are simply allowed and there’s nothing we can do. What do you mean you basically have to accept our bug in the game??

I cant keep accepting rubbish and playing this horrible game - never purchasing an eafc game again.
