Passing bug in Rivals

since the launch of the game, I cant pass the ball (any online gaming - rivals, rush, etc..) and until today there is this bug where I press the passing button the player just lobs the ball infront of him and keeps running... this is getting very frustrating that I am no longer player because of this bug and I dont know when this issue will be resolved, it feels like waste of money paid on the game so far
