PC Matchmaking Dodge: Opponents see records and quit

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding matchmaking dodges on PC. 

This is a recurring issue that is ruining my game every single week. This week, as soon as my record reached 8-1 in Champions, opponents constantly started dodging and quitting the match at the kit selection screen. 

Since player IDs and records are supposed to be hidden at this stage, it is clear that these players are using third-party overlay/cheat tools to reveal my match record and ID. They see my 8-1 record and dodge because they want to avoid a tough match.

Because of this exploit, high-skill PC players are being targeted and blocked from playing the game. It takes forever to actually start a match, which ruins the competitive experience completely. 

EA Help does not allow us to submit a ticket for this issue, so I am posting here. This cheat/vulnerability has been left unfixed for years. Please investigate this and take strict action against those using tools to view opponent data before the match begins.
