I logged into Ultimate Team today. Yesterday, I was at level 25/30 in the Season Progress section.
Today, when I logged back into the game, I was suddenly at level 30/30. All the rewards from the last 5 levels had already been claimed.
However, my Rivals points have remained the same, still showing 25/30 points.
In my Objectives section, I also still have the same objectives available as before.
Could you please explain why this happened and whether there is any way to fix it?

No one else has accessed my account. If someone had, my match history and rewards would show it.
My objectives have not been completed, the same tasks are still active, and I have received no additional Rivals or Squad Battles points. I also have none of the players from the packs I should have received for levels 25–30.
The only thing that changed is my Season Progress, which suddenly went from level 25 to level 30, and all the rewards were automatically claimed.
This is clearly a bug. Please investigate my account and restore the missing rewards and correct season progress. Thank you...
