The same thing happened to me. I was level 30 and most of the regular and premium pass were unclaimed. The ea help told me that unclaimed rewards were lost after the season. That’s not how previous games were handled and I didn’t see anything about this change. Hoping they can find a way to grant the rewards since it was standard procedure in past games.
