Pre order rewards missing

I pre ordered the standard edition and none of my rewards have loaded in the account. It said whilst I was downloading on Xbox that I should get the content. Just wondering where they are.

    The rewards you should be getting are listed in the  FC 27 game info hub. Did you check to make sure these are all missing? Did you also try exiting out and loading back in? If so, and they are still missing, open a case with an advisor by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of the FC 27 support page. Thanks!

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Make sure you completely exit out of FC 27 and then load back into it. If you still don't see the Ultimate Edition content, open a case with an advisor by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of the FC 27 support page.
