Premium pass not received
I own the ultimate edition fc27, i received the 2000 fc points but I haven’t got the premium pass. Anyone that knows how to fix this?

I am having the same issue, I reached out to support and it apparently a console version of the game issue only and they’re looking into a fix, but no time frame how long it will be.
Same here. Got the 2000 points, but no premium pass, no icon, no hall of fame player. Did you get the players jorisdraak ?
I have received only the points, unsure if you will get the players as I think it was pre order rewards. Unless you pre ordered the game, I bought after release but should have got the pass
