Recently I got Lamine Yamal gold from a player pick and I was very excited but then recently I've been informed that his star performer was still in packs, I got lamine yamala at 7:54 pm GMT on the 21st of October.
Im hoping that EA could investigate that issue and compensate for the inconvenience.
[CM edit: edit title]
On October 22, at around 10:30 PM CEST, I opened a 78+/79+ player pack earned from the FC Heritage launch event objectives and received the standard gold Lamine Yamal (90) instead of his 91-rated Star Performer card, which was available in packs. Other players have reported the same issue. Will EA investigate this and provide compensation to affected players?
Community ManagerHi there,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and providing the timestamp.
I've updated your thread title to help us gather more reports from players who may have experienced the same.
Could you also share a few additional details?
Community ManagerHi, I've merged your post into this thread to keep all related reports together and make them easier for the team to track. Thanks for your understanding!
No_laughz yhsdefaul Star Performer Yamal card was in packs until Tuesday 20th October at 6 PM UK time. Hence, you have correctly packed gold card on 21st & 22nd October.
