Reward system in EA SPORTS FC 27

Dear EA SPORTS Team,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the reward system in EA SPORTS FC 27.

**After more than 400 hours of gameplay, I have reached the point where I am seriously considering deleting the game altogether.**

I have played hundreds of matches, participated in dozens of events, opened hundreds of packs, and collected thousands of players.

And what have I received in return?

**Not a single Icon. Not a single Hero. Not one genuinely exceptional player from a non-guaranteed pack.**

The most valuable tradeable player I have packed has been worth less than 50,000 coins, while my best untradeable player has been worth approximately 35,000 coins.

The only Icons and Heroes I have ever received came from guaranteed packs, and even those rewards were consistently among the least desirable options.

**Four hundred hours. Hundreds of packs. Thousands of players. And absolutely nothing that feels remotely rewarding.**

I understand how probability works. I understand that valuable players are not guaranteed. But there is a difference between accepting randomness and feeling that hundreds of hours of dedication have been met with nothing but disappointment.

What makes this even more frustrating is the widespread perception among the FC community that players returning after extended periods of inactivity sometimes receive extraordinary rewards, while consistently active players continue to struggle.

I am not claiming this is proven. However, it raises a serious question:

**Does EA SPORTS adjust pack probabilities based on account activity, player engagement, or periods of inactivity?**

I believe players deserve a clear and transparent answer.

I am not asking for free Icons, Heroes, or special treatment. I am asking for fairness, transparency, and a reward system that does not leave dedicated players feeling completely disregarded.

I want my account's reward history reviewed, and I want to know whether the pack system has been functioning correctly.

**At this point, my patience is exhausted.**

A game should be entertaining, exciting, and rewarding. Instead, FC 27 has become a repetitive cycle of grinding, opening disappointing packs, and watching hundreds of hours of effort produce virtually nothing of value.

If this is what long-term dedication to EA SPORTS FC is supposed to feel like, then perhaps the best decision is to walk away from the game entirely.

**I am seriously considering uninstalling FC 27 and ending my involvement with this franchise.**

I expect a meaningful response to these concerns, not another generic explanation about luck and probabilities.
