Twitch drops not working (Fcpro global qualifier) and I cant raise a case

I have unlinked and re linked my accounts 3 times this evening to the point it will not let me unlink my account till next year. I've tried to raise a case with ea but it literally gives me no option at the end of the chat to raise a case. This is very frustrating. I watched a the entire hour of the fcpro global qualifier and it says my account is not linked but it is on my twitch account and my eafc account.
