EA, I've bought EA FC 27 Ultimate Edition and what was promised hanvent been given. I dont have my fifa points, my premium pass and my evos. Is this normal since i haven't open the Ea FC 27 in my ps5 or should i be worried?

Hey, to get the 2k FC points. just launch Ultimate team for the first time and click the next few prompts until you see your "team" and you will see the 2k FC points there.

A number of rewards are indeed only sent after you've logged in for the first time, yes. If you have yet to log into the game itself, you can take a look through the page below for more details on when and how to receive the various content.
