I made a mistake in the FC Mobile in-game store

Hello. I have been playing FC Mobile for a week. When I entered the game on the morning of January 23, I saw an offer called BOX A in the store. There was a purchase limit of 8 and there was a product photo stating that players between 104-107 ovr were released. I clicked on the package, looked at the products that would be released, and since each package was 1000 fc points, I thought they would all be released. For this reason, I got excited and bought 8 packages at once. Then, a 104 point player, a few more players worth money, and other various rewards appeared. But I thought that everything in the package content would be released. In other words, I thought that 8 104 ovr players would be released in addition to the other side rewards. But when I looked at another package, I saw that it was divided into two as possible rewards and guaranteed rewards. In other words, I bought the BOX A package by mistake. My expectations from that package were completely different. I could only get 1 104 player with 8000 fc points. Maybe I wouldn't even be able to get that. Let me say it again, I have been playing the game for a week and this was my first time buying a large amount of FC points. 8,000 of my 10,000 points went to waste. I would like to know if EA Games customer service can help me with this situation. The support service is very slow. Even if such a compensation is not possible, I think they should not consider it too much since they kept me waiting for 3 days. I have been waiting for 3 days so that I do not sell or trade the prizes in the package. Does anyone have information about this issue? Will they respond positively to this difficult situation I am in?
