Erreur 1000 : impossible de me connecter à mon Compte FC mobile
Hello EA,
I'm writing here because for over a month now, I haven't been able to log into my main account in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. I'm constantly receiving Error 1000, and none of the recommended steps have helped. I’ve tried everything:
Reinstalling the app
Clearing cache
Switching internet connections (Wi-Fi / mobile)
Updating the app and OS
Resetting network settings
Even using a different device
Nothing worked.
But here's the most important part:
I created a new account, and it works perfectly on the same phone and connection. This confirms the issue is not on my device — the problem is with my main account.
I’ve contacted EA Help many times, submitted reports, and was told the issue was escalated. But after a month, there's still no fix, no ETA, no response on the forum, and no compensation for lost progress, events, or time.
My game name is Amaiur and I dont know my Id
EA, fix this. And consider giving us affected players some kind of in-game compensation.
