Tactical and Formation Change During the Game – Suggestion

Hi Devs,

I’d like to suggest adding a more advanced tactical feature in FC Mobile that allows us to change formations and tactics during a match — not just player substitutions.

It would be great if we could pause the match and switch from one formation to another (for example: from 4-3-3 to 4-2-3-1 or 4-5-1) depending on the situation in the game. Also, being able to move players to different positions and change their instructions (like attack/defend, stay back, get in the box, etc.) would add more depth and realism to the gameplay.

Additionally, it would be amazing if we had the ability to manually adjust player positions on the formation screen — just like in the console version of FC. For example, bringing a CDM slightly closer to the box, or pulling a winger wider. This kind of tactical flexibility would allow players to create unique strategies and adapt better during the match.

This feature would really help players who enjoy a more strategic playstyle, and make matches more dynamic and competitive.

Hope you consider adding this in a future update!
