Unable to Add Phone Number to EA Account

Hi everyone,

I'm currently having an issue with my EA Account when trying to add my phone number.

Whenever I try to add my phone number to my account, I receive the following error message:

"Something went wrong. Try again later."

I've tried multiple times at different times, but the issue is still happening.

I've also attached a screenshot of the error message below for reference.

I already contacted EA Help, and after investigating the issue, the support agent informed me that they forwarded the issue to the relevant team for further review and investigation. They also mentioned that other players may be experiencing similar issues and suggested checking the EA Forums.

So, I wanted to ask:

• Has anyone else experienced this issue when trying to add a phone number to their EA Account?
• If so, were you able to get it fixed?
• Is there any workaround or solution that worked for you?
