My FC Mobile account was reset and I lost my progress

Hello, I need help recovering my old FC Mobile account.

My FC Mobile account suddenly reset and the game started as if I was a new player. I lost my old team, players, coins, progress, and my previous 4-3-3 Attack formation.

I am using the same Google account that I have always used for FC Mobile, and FC Mobile still appears in my Google Play Games account. However, the game is now showing me a new account instead of my old progress.

I checked the settings, but I cannot find an option to link an account, and I also cannot find my old account information or Player ID.

I have NOT deleted the new account because I don't want to accidentally make the situation worse.

Could you please help me find or recover my old FC Mobile account and progress?
