Please add this New Features to Pro Club

Make Pro Clubs Main Mode Next Game Release. Add to it New Features like 

- Allow Subsituitions in Game.Also the subs to Watch the Match live.

- Add Manager Option Where there is really a Manager thats training The Team, gives orders in the Field etc. Allow that he is also in the Match like a Real Manager.

- Make Clubs Mode more real like Adding President Position, Director Position etc. where they Can Make also sobe decisions.

-Create a competitiv open ladder for Clubs regional, international like you have in UT.

- Make Club Ranks more Realístic and competitive so you really can see the Most skillfull Clubs.

-create oficcial EA tournaments Where Clubs Can Register and participate.

-Try also thinking in adding something like a Transfer market in pro Club Mode Where Clubs Can do Transfers between them including players and Managers.

-add also Option in pro Club Where The Club has an academy, Training Center Where the manager and The Team Can Train Game situations, practicing and etc

Believe EA developers that if you add These New Features your games Sales Will have a massive upgrade Because pro Clubs is your and Our future and you really should concentrate on it. I think like me your Community would like These Features included in the Pro Club Mode.
