EA FC26 - Please check you internet connection failure

Hi . EA FC26 can't connect servers .I have checked firewall, DNS, and the servers. everything looks fine.

while trying to connect, I get the msg : "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection". The internet is fine.

can you please assist ?
