EA requires me to provide the Fifa23 code

After a few years, I reinstalled FIFA 23. After playing for a few hours, EA is demanding a key. I received confirmation of my purchase from Steam, but I don't have the key. I haven't been able to play for several days. How can I fix this problem?

    Hi there, if it's asking you for a product code, you're likely logged in with a different EA account. Are you trying to launch the game from Steam or the EA app?
