FC26 Points

Hi I recently accidentally purchased FC25 points and not FC26 points. I’ve contacted EA under missing content and after 3 days they’ve sent me some automated crap today saying I’m not eligible for more content. I’m not after more content, I’m after my points transferring over to FC26. Can anyone on here from EA help at all please. I’d greatly appreciate it.

    Hello TheGunners99x​,

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to switch Points over or get a refund if you purchased the incorrect currency. There's nothing to be done in this case.
