UT Champions Win Not Counted After Opponent Quit

Hello EA Support,

I am contacting you regarding an issue I experienced in FC 26 Ultimate Team Champions.

In my final match, my opponent left the game, and I should have been awarded the win. However, due to what seems like a server or game issue, the win was not counted. Because of this, I remained at 7 wins instead of 8, and I missed out on the rewards I should have earned.

This situation is clearly not caused by me, as my opponent disconnected from the match.

I kindly ask you to review my match history and grant the missing win or compensate me with the appropriate rewards.
