Fifa 22 - endless scroll glitch

Playing on PC but cannot play the game at all. Doesn't matter what I do, the controller moves by itself. 

Some articles said this is cuz the mouse is interfering, I turned it on its side and also disconnected and it made no difference. 

Can't even register my controller to be the main controlling device. 

I've contacted EA about this stuff before but their response and handling is so **bleep**. 

Really pissed off with this, can't even play a game I paid for because support too lazy to fix.
