FIFA 22 won't open after pressing play in the fifa config on pc

So I bought FIFA 22 from a long ago when the prices would drop when a new FIFA drops and this issue happened to me and i got it fixed and now it came back again when I press play in the EA app it tells me administrative privileges and I click ok then it tells me to update my driver and I talked to the Nvidia support and they told me it was up to date because of it's infrastructure then the FIFA config starts I press play the cursor loads and nothing happens

the game worked before so it can't be my hardware
