The problem of the transfer market

My problem is that I haven't been able to sell anything in the Transfer Market since completing the missions, except for the "Mastering the Market" mission. I can buy things immediately. Every time I go to the Transfer Market, I get a "Server Error" message. I'm fed up with this situation because I've been complaining about it almost since the beginning of the game.
