Venturing Out objective stuck at 0/1 - Foundations EVO missing

Platform: [PC}

I completed the "Play 3 Rush Matches" objective in Foundations > Venturing Out. The objective shows 3/3 completed and the reward states that it unlocks the "Intro to Rewards EVO".

However, the next objective "Complete the Foundations EVO" is permanently stuck at 0/1. The Foundations EVO / Intro to Rewards EVO does not appear anywhere in the Evolutions menu, which makes it impossible to complete Venturing Out and unlock the Transfer Market.

Current status: - Play 3 Rush Matches: Completed (3/3) - Score 10 Goals: Completed (10/10) - Play 5 Matches: Completed (5/5) - Complete the Foundations EVO: Stuck at 0/1 I have restarted the game multiple times and checked the Evolutions section, but the EVO is missing. Screenshots attached.
