25 Year Franchise Limit

Is there any workaround where in year 25 you could save your rosters and import them into a new franchise? With a 25 year limit it's really a 20 year because you know the last 5 years are not growth years. Anyone who's played through 25 years hate to see it end because you have so much time invested in it.
