Adrian Peterson 90 point card issue

I need some help with a fairly minor issue. I submitted a ticket to EA Support and all they did was close the ticket, so you folks are my last resort.

Last week I bought the 12,000-point bundle that gave you some 84's, a couple of 87's and a 90-point player that was a guaranteed 90-point LTD.   Since there was/is only one player to match that criteria I would get RB Adrian Peterson from the Vikings, who is exactly who I wanted, he's my all-time favorite player. 

But in getting the card he's actually an 87point card.   I tried the single upgrade to gain team chemistry but he's still an 87, though on the Upgrade page it sometimes shows him briefly as a 90. (Then it reverts back to 87)

I've never bought an LTD before, so I think it may just be that I don't know what I'm doing to upgrade the card from 87 to 90.  

Could you guys please give me some specific help on what I need to do? I'd appreciate it a ton.
