I've linked the correct EA account to my twitch and i own the game on steam, however even though i've claimed all of the rewards from the first night of MCS i haven't received a single reward. Tried going to EA support live chat and I've been waiting for the chat to load for an hour now and nothing [CM - updating thread title for clarity and visibility]

I have everything linked, I watched the correct amount of time. Nothing is popping up. This is the first year I have had this issue. See photos below.

Hi, last night i was in the sream for twitch drops and got the first twitch drop and after that i recieved nothing else even tho i was able to claim them on twitch
curretnly still watiing on my content

@N4teGee Same. My stuff is all connected correctly. Even got half the packs from yesterday, but when I tried to claim the rest they never showed up.

Same thing happened with me. Only have 1 EA account and only play on one system. Had everything set up correct (I even double checked). Shows on my twitch account that I had claimed them and that they should have been transferred to my account. They’re not in my account and I got zero idea what to do🤣

So last night twitch pack drops on main ps5
.then 1st mcs token pack goes to ps4? Then 2nd mcs pack goes to.main ps5? Acount is linked correctly. wtf..I want my 2nd mcs pack on ps5!
