Best Buy preorder missing

I purchased the deluxe edition for xbox series X/S in early July but BestBuy didn't email me the code to the game until August 15th at 1am est. I have the base game but no deluxe edition content and ...

    Hi @dinfamous7210, To confirm the code you received only unlocked the standard edition? If so, you will want to speak with Best Buy support on your order.

    I did that already and they fulfilled their end by giving me the code for the deluxe edition (see attachment) and both best buy AND microsoft is telling me to contact EA . I'm just not getting the pre order bonus OR the deluxe edition content. When you go on the Xbox store the deluxe edition content is not available to download.
