Can EA please ban this cheater

[Removed player name]…..he play on Xbox….can someone on EA please monitor his account….guy just plays the game to freeze glitch you to move up the ranks…..he does this everyday and night!….please loo...

The problem with that is I am on ps5 and he is on xbox….so I can not report him…I have tried that several times and there is no feature you can report for cheating when they are on xbox…all u can report is “a offensive name”…..if there is way please enlighten me cause I don’t see it
