Cannot Access Community Creations or search for franchises Madden 24

There were a few things I was hoping we could confirm with you: 

• Is this only happening with Franchise, or are you having similar issues in other modes?
• Have you checked any other Franchise save files to see if those are working?
• Have you downloaded any custom content? If so, can you try deleting it to see if that makes any difference? 
• What happens if you remove, then re-add your Gamertag to your Xbox console? Does the same issue happen afterward? For more info on how to do that check out the Xbox Support website.

i just bought the game yesterday and i cant even accept invites from a franchise nor even be able to look up a specific league all it does is load and says plz wait. i left my console on overnight to see if anything would manage to load up and nothing did, dealing with issues like this make me want to return my system and stick just to pc

I am having the same issues on Xbox One Series X.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing cache, trying on a different Xbox completely and I still have no luck.  I cannot search leagues or accept invites.  Every time I attempt to I just get "please wait" in the bottom right corner with the X/O scrolling but the page never loads.  I really need a fix for this ASAP as it was been nearly two weeks now with no resolution.  

My Xbox gamertag is: Plan B Dubb 

I have done everything on this list short of removing my gamertag, but I don’t think that is the issue as I have a second account and everything works just fine on it.

@EA_Kent I have done everything on your list and none of it worked I am still stuck with please wait in community creations and franchise invites and franchise search. Do we have a resolution?
