Cannot access Showdown in Madden 25

So I've tried for the past two days to play the Showdown feature in Superstar mode. But every single time I try to access it, it gives me an error keeping me from accessing it at all. I tried shutting down my entire system to see if that would fix the issue, but it appears that it keeps giving me the error I've attached. Is anyone else having this issue as well in the new Madden 25?
