Can't load the beta - Xbox Series S
I have entered my code and installed the game on my Xbox series s but when I try to load the game it tells me that it's too early and the game isn't out yet. I don't understand what the problem is. S...
HI @Dylen3209 I believe we are launching the wrong tile, can you go through the following...
- Go to My Games and Apps
- Full Library, cycle to the Owned Games tab (check if its filtered by A-Z)
- Scroll down and look for the "M24 Madden Test Realm" (with will have the tag Demo, in the bottom left of the tile)
- Check if you can launch or need to download.
You can also try setting your Owned Games tab to "Sort By Date Acquired", depending on how many games you've recently purchased/redeemed it should be on the first two lines.
