Can't use Companian App for PC account

When I click on MUT in the Companion app I get an error pop up saying "OOPS, SOMETHING WENT WRONG." However this only happens with my PC account but when I switch to my PS5 account it works and lets me see my PS5 MUT binder. I also already tried logging out and uninstalling the app.
