Coin Distribution/Ban
Received a email overnight indicating all my coins have been confiscated and likely AH banned. Have spent hundreds of real dollars over the holidays since November on store packs. Started late in season 3 and building a top tier 9ers TT.
Was recently working towards completing a JJ watt team diamond set and that is a bear to work through on the auction house. I’ve been selling the Team Diamonds since all I needed was the tokens. You have to wonder why they’d make set like this and put idiotic auction house monitoring parameters in place that flag accounts for the required steps.
I am assuming the volume of purchases and coin amounts involved just kick off some automated banning or flagging. I am literally at 26/32 cards and this a bit crushing from a time investment standpoint. EA needs to do better this was not a problem I saw in 2k or WoW in my previous gaming life. Any real human could look at my account and say “hey this bought a ton of points and packs” and “it looks like he is building the largest, most tedious card set in the game”. - “benefit of the doubt”. I have no words ….
Given some of the posts on here and other forums, I don’t have much hope for getting priveledges or my coins back, that we’re legitimately purchased or acquired through their pack store, platinum packs, etc. Just amazingly terrible on their part.
