Create a Madden24 league with the 2024 starting rosters and real 2024 schedule

I want to start a new league in franchise mode. I want to start with the opening day 2024 rosters for all teams. I also want to play the actual 2024 schedule. It always defaults to 2023. If I progress through to 2024, it gives me a schedule with the wrong matchups, often not even teams that play each other in 2024.

I have a user-created roster for every team that looks pretty accurate. If I can default to that, it solves half the problem. But, the schedules are still messed up. Thanks for any solutions.
