Many users including myself have been negatively impacted by a series of faults by EA as outlined by the following:
1. A major new change to the game relating to transfer of content and progress made not transferring between old gen and next gen versions of the game was made by EA. This major change WAS NOT clearly communicated to it customers to protect them from wasting time and money. Minimal effort was made by EA to notify its customers of this change and no in game messaging existed. This is a major change impacting real money which deserves attention and effort on the part of EA
2. At time of launch for X box next gen consoles, the two downloaded versions of the game appeared identical which made it nearly impossible for users to know if the version of the game they were loading up was the correct version that they intend on playing all year. Traditionally an X and S symbol is in the lower right hand corner of the game icon to know which is which. That was missing. Yesterday, It was updated and now it is there, but I and others can assure you that it was not. Some users reported that there only clue was the size of the file and had to make an assumption. Given the new rule regarding content transfer, the difference versions of the game at time of launch should have been glaringly obvious
3. At the time of launch, Next gen version of the game for x box was not available due to EAs server errors. So only one unlabeled version of the game was available to play
This series of errors by EA lead to many users only having the option of unknowingly loading up the old gen version of the game and wasting time , money, and pre order content
