I opened a case as soon as I noticed none of my pre-order bonus content in MUT 24 did not show up. A few days ago, EA Help emailed me on 8/16/2023 with the following message:
"Hi there, Nice to meet you. Thank you for contacting EA Help. My name is Ashok and I would be assisting you today. I hope you are doing well today!
After reviewing your case, I came to know that you are facing issues with Missing Madden NFL 24 - Premium Points Purchase Not Received. No worries will certainly help you with this. Please let me share the details and I'll be really honest with you. The issue that you are facing is something that we're already aware of, as other players from across the globe are also reporting the same. We want to get this fixed as swiftly as possible. Right now, I will not waste your time in providing troubleshooting to you as there is no troubleshooting I can provide, which can resolve the issue, However, we are working hard to get it resolved as soon as possible. The good news is we are actively working on investigating this for everyone that is affected. As of this moment, due to the unforeseen nature of this, I don't have an estimated time or specifics for a fix. So I humbly request you to wait for some time and this will surely get fixed, we just need your co-operation here.

It is now Friday and no word from EA nor any of my bonus content in my MUT account the strange thing is, I just accessed my case and it the case's status shows: "Waiting on Player"
I have not received any correspondence from EA Help thus, not sure why my case is "waiting" on me. I have a funny feeling I am not going to get my bonus content and just blew away $95 for nothing; in hindsight, I should have never bought the pre-order for as always, EA scr3w3d me over ONCE again! P.S. EA, I am not rich to where I like to throw money out the window. Single income family here so just wanted to throw that out.
Highly doubt anyone at EA cares but just threw this out so, so if anyone at EA does have some compassion, perhaps, they will help but not going to bet my life on it.
