Disappointing Features

This is the first madden game I have played in a number of years. I was rather excited to jump back onto the field and play a madden game again amid the excitement of the 2024 football season. Unfortunately, I have been rather displeased and frustrated with the game in more than one aspect. First of all, the game modes under ultimate team are frankly pathetic; not everyone wants to play online. I don't understand why there aren't more solo vs CPU options aside from challenges, MUT draft (that frankly isn't fun, we want to play with the team we are building!) and solo battles that can only be played once ever X amount of days. Between this and the pay to win plague that is annoying but inevitable I feel I am forced to play online against people that either have nothing better to spend their money on or have plenty of time to spend grinding the game which puts me and other casual players that just wanted to try and enjoy the game at a huge disadvantage (and in case you devs didnt know, this isnt a fun game to lose in or be out matched in). I just wish I could play a franchise like mode to grind XP and relearn how to be good at the game before I jump into online play were I just get frustrated and bullied. Another thing, the game menu in ultimate team is completely convoluded. Take a page from MLB the show's book....they know how to lay out the menu so that it is easy to see sets, objectives, and field passes. All in all I'm still having fun playing a madden game again but I am very disappointed in how bad the Devs are now a days. Its not hard. Make more game modes. Make the game fun for EVERYONE
