EA WHY DO YOU PUNISH THE ONES WHO DONT JUMP AND BUY NEW MADDEN

So two weeks ago you introduce the evergreen challenges. Several golden tickets to earn . And what do you do . You remove solo battles. So only way you can earn them is h2h. I don't get it. I have opened over6500 packs spent around $1000 bucks. Just for you to take away all the fun because madden 25 to came out. How rewarding us still playing madden 24. Ever heard of loyalty. How about refunding me what I spent. Since you made it where honestly I can't finish . Or atleast give some make rights.
