Golden ticket

Why is it, that I spend hundreds of dollars on mut to try & pull these “Golden Tickets” but I never get one but I go on YouTube & see all these madden streamers pulling not just one, but multiple GT pulls on the 1st try & what makes me so mad they don’t even use them they instantly put them in the auction & on top of that a GT bundle pack was available & apparently it was glitched so everyone pulled Golden tickets, so ea removed the pack then put the pack back in the game now when I go to purchase it I’m getting a bunch of old redux cards & on top of that y’all giving those people who got a golden ticket out of the glitched pack yesterday another opportunity to get another pack that contains a guaranteed Golden ticket pull when it’s people out here who will never get the opportunity to ever even pull one yet we have to spend millions of coins to try & obtain these cards & that’s crazy.

    I open the game to see that the new golden tickets “are now available in packs”. Spent over 30,000 madden points ($300), and over 10,000,000 training on packs trying to pull them, and was just told by the support team that they are “only available in the special promotional packs”. So all the money and training i had spent trying to pull these cards were for no reason due to the games false advertisement.

    I really hope there will be make rights for this issue, considering people were rewarded a free current release golden ticket over a glitch on the 2,800 madden points bundle. I spent 30,000 madden points and 10,000,000 training on mystery packs on my Xbox account “JRamZ 02” so it’s going to take A LOT to make this right.
