when i play madden 24 mut head 2 head none of wins end up counting so im not able to advance to the playoffs or suber bowl stopping me from earning rewards

Same exact issue. Started approximately 2-3 weeks ago. Every game won or lost does not count. Cannot lose my way out, cannot win out. Was 13-3 in MUT regular season. Tried quitting out to 13-9, nothing. Same with squads. Got all the way up to 30 wins on squads. If I win I get the tier coin reward. However, I do not get any multiple win coin bonus, no playoffs, no packs. . Tried emailing EA multiple times. Tried very unhelpful EA chat multiple times. One chat bot/person told me to try selling my Most Feared Strategy items. I did. No change. Update came out today with zero chill-still no change. Tried reinstalling the game 2x. No change. Zero help, zero solutions. Tried emailing EA “help” for the 4-5th time-they have now blocked my emailing. All they care about is making money. They do not care about a quality game. Incredibly frustrating to buy a game and it not work. Zero point in playing. Battle someone who spams RPO, Run cheese, spam corner routes all game. Finally get the stop and the W and for no point at all. Teams can buy their entire lineup and now it is becoming more difficult to keep up due to inability to earn new coins with victories. I’m not so naive to say I won’t buy this game again- because I have always played Madden, and it’s a great way to stay connected with my friends. But it is incredibly frustrating to have a company that doesn’t give a s**t about quality or even basic functions working. All this company cares about is making their money.
