Have not recieved my beta code for Madden 24

I signed up and still nothing. I had multiple franchise crashes and deletions. Never got 50% off or a beta code due to that.

I had multiple cloud franchises corrupt in Madden 23 and was promised a beta code, I've reached out to EA help but they've been redirecting me instead of just giving me an answer. Has anyone else found an effective method to get their beta code?
