I signed up and still nothing. I had multiple franchise crashes and deletions. Never got 50% off or a beta code due to that.

Check to make sure you have enough space on your PS4. If you do, log in to your account on the PlayStation website and look at your purchase history. You should be able to push the download to your console from there.
Same thing happened to me except I put Xbox and they still sent me a PS5 code
