Havent received pre order bonus

Hey, I have pre ordered the MVP pack and are yet to get my golden ticket pack for 24? Is there any way to speed up this process or contact someone to get this pack

Can you try the following steps?

Go to the EA Help homepage.

Select the Madden 24 tile

Then, "See all help topics"

Finally, I'm missing my pre-order content

You should see an option for Email or Chat to speak with an advisor.
