House rules rewards

What a joke. I have spent so much time on house rules and I have not gotten the rewards either. No phone number for support….what a joke. 

So I got 4 Trevor Lawrence etc.  Is this a bug?  No rewards at all from House Rules, even the scoreboard in House Rules is wrong. This is my first madden in decades and I have to say this is pretty shocking how many bugs there are.  A company of this kind of wealth releasing this is shameful.

I'm level 5 in house rules rn and none of the player rewards have delivered, even though the rewards screen clearly shows I'm over that level and have a checkmark next to the packs. I have yet to receive my 80+ overall headliners player as well as my 84+ option pack. I really wanted the 84 Toney as my WR1 and I'm super disappointed. Anyone else experiencing this?

Still haven’t received my house rules reward lvl 4 & lvl 5. Smh 

I’m still missing every reward beyond level 2. I doubt they’re gonna give em out at this point EA support is awful.

I also cannot play mut draft solo. I have rewards pending there aswell. I’m also missing a 10k quicksell from the regular field pass.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’ve been contacting yous for like a week..
What happens when the bug occurs? Never received my items , for the mut solo draft it says error with ea servers.
What do you expect to see? The rewards I’ve earned .

I’ve contacted yous many times the customer service over my email has been awful. Like I said I’ve completed the house rules and only got like the first 2 rewards. I never got my latest 10k coins from the regular field pass either I believe . And I completed 3/4 of the games on the solo draft where you draft your own team and then it kicked me off and I haven’t been able to access it to play or claim my rewards since. Im mainly irritated about the house rules rewards it’s been multiple days .

The complacency at EA Tiburon is mind boggling to me. How does this happen year after year. I am on the forum almost every year pointing out bugs you just rarely see in other games. Then most of time they are never fixed. Every year the solution is giving the community a card the community should be given in the first place i.e. (Javon Gravedigger Hargrave).

Shame on you EA Tiburon for the complacency and laziness to a community you are taken advantage of because you are the only simulation football game on the market. Due to this monopoly the complacency and laziness gets worse year after year.

Shame on you EA you must hate the community that loyally supports you

I have this issue (not receiving any of the House Rules rewards after leveling up) - but I have not even received a single reward. It will just show my progress in terms of how much exp / points I earned, and which House Rules level I'm at (I think I'm at 3 or 4 currently), but haven't received either of the 10k coin rewards or the player/pack rewards.

Super frustrating because this is one of the only game modes that has not been riddled with the server issues/errors that have been mentioned all over this forum for the last week or so. But if it doesn't actually give any of the rewards, then it's pretty pointless since House Rules doesn't help with any of the other field pass objectives or anything else.

I've seen this reported in a lot of different threads with no response or even acknowledgment from EA either. They could literally just acknowledge it and say they're working on it, and that would be at least a little more understandable. As usual, they've bungled this release, debugging, and community engagement really really bad this year.
