Kicking meter broke
Anyone else having trouble with the kicking meter on ps4 ? It starts delayed then hit it perfect but still goes miles wide , FG and kick offs punting is fine

- @Willysee999 I bought a Cowboys punter Anger and he works as a kick off specialist for both Squib and normal kicks. PATs and FGs are still bugged, but plugging in some of these alternates to the woeful silver punter / kicker seem to allow deep(er) kick offs, if not FGs and PATs.
@Willysee999I had the same experience. Maybe it has to to with kick accuracy below 60? However it's strange that gold kickers are worse than silver... And it's on XBox Series X.

Summarize your bug I can't kick a field goal correctly it's bugged?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue or i'd work for you all... haha
What happens when the bug occurs? It's not kicking like a normal field goal has in madden 23. I can kickoff the ball fine, but field goals are glitched the meter isn't working right.
What do you expect to see? my field goal meter to work correctly

Someone, somewhere in these forums posted a reply in another thread that actually gives a "fix" (more like a work-around if you want more control over your lineup/players)...
Use an Elite Kicker (red card, OVR 80+) and the kick meter behaves as the All-mighty Madden had intended.
The negative: you'll have to scrape together about 20-30,000 gold coins to buy a red 80 kicker, I got Fairbairn (sp?) the Texans 80 OVR kicker. Plugged him into the lineup and the first Solo Battle I played, he kicked 5 FGs and was able to kick off correctly without using the Squib kick workaround. I'd prefer to put a kicker who'd satisfy Team Chemistry (and I'd prefer a fix that didn't cost me 23,000 gold coins). But you can't always get what you want...
Bottom line, for now, until Devs break something else, you should be able to satisfy the Competitive / Kick 10 FG / Milestones / Kick 30 FGs objectives this week.Hey EA, I am having a weird glitch where I time my kickoffs, punts, field goals, and PAT's perfectly but they completely miss. - @812mitch This workaround may be too late to help you play, but if you put an Elite level 80+ (Red card) kicker in your lineup, the field goal kicking works.
Unfortunately, MUT / Solo servers are screwed up and won't let the majority of players play games. - @Hawfee The eagles shooter card is buggy, change players for the kicker and your problem will disappear as for us.
I recently started having issues with the kicking meter on kickoff and punts, it comes up but when I press X there's a delay which causes the kick to be botched every single time but field goals are fine, PLEASE FIX THIS!!
I forgot to mention that this is only happening on MUT and it's fine on H2H online and franchise mode
