After spending hours trying to get resolution I would like a refund for unreceived content. It’s been a week and ea has all ready taken the 12000 madden points. I’m locked out of the madden store as well as not able to play solo challenges. This is not acceptable.
I’m having the same issue! Took the points and I’ve got nothing! I already asked for a refund and they made that impossible
I was told they can’t grant anything, points or the pack I purchased, that they personally gave my case to the bug fix team blah blah. Here we are 10 days later and nothing. But like you, I would just take a refund and move on if I could. With the error I can’t even finish daily objectives and buy a store pack with coins.
Literally same we’ve missed countless drops now missing out on content and they keep saying it’ll be fixed in a few days only thing we can hope is that this Thursday we get the bundle and the refund of points since they’ve now discounted it
